Aku's Mishmash of stuff

So i'm enjoying making vehicles. I dont know if i'm doing it right, wrong or just badly but I'll put them on display here. I don't know if i'm going to put the ISO's up yet or not. If people like them, I guess i will. Not everything I try to build will actually be utilitarian in nature. Like this first piece. Understanding that the system doesn't hand curves really well, i ditched my attempt at recreating the BatBike, and went for Sweettooth, from Twisted Metal. Version 2:



Made Mostly out of aluminum and some silver for the best "glassy" look i could find, I havent been able to create it in free roam as there aren't any pigments, and i for the life of me cant find the last bit of pigments despite selecting the entire vehicle and using the paint remover.

Just noticed i screwed up the mirrors off the source image, going to see if i can correct that.

Thinks I might've done differently:

I would've used the larger tires, even though in the picture they look relatively like normal tires, I think I might've made the body too big and so they look puny.

I find the best way to judge how big your vehicle is, is to use the cockpit as you player fits in the seat so you get an idea of how big it will be in game.

Well, i guess thats another way to do it, but for me (I'm a mathematician in training :D ) actual numbers help :D and since i can sorta guestimate what the original source was supposed to be, like with my weinermobile using this photo i figure it's probably a 12-15 foot car.
