Don't have access to the Loudspeaker recipe

During the Panbat quest you're given an option to choose the hard or easy item to make. I didn't notice you could take both ( i only found out after reading the wiki and other forums) but now the Commission board has requests for Loudspeakers (easy option) and I cannot get the recipe anywhere, I chose the hard one thinking I'd get a better reward or something. Will the recipe for Loudspeaker be added to Petra or somewhere in the game?

Other than that, great game so far! Well done :)

Yeah, that commission used to be a conflict, however, if you update the game to its newest patch, you won't be bothered with that commission anymore.
