I mostly play in that mode too :)
But that would makes sense. Its the only mode where the game has to switch between a free cursor and a fixed one e.g. aim

I think that is because of the camera settings. The "zoom in" time is different between each F5 mode view distances, so it seems to takes longer the closer the view to your char is. Try zooming out to maximum and then then switch to aim, it should give you imidiate control because of the longest camera flight, if my theory is right :)

Yes its the issue with doubletapping wasd, its way to sensitive. Doubletapping for dodge is ok, but the time recognition on those keystrokes is set too high.

I think he means player character dodge. I've experienced a bit of that while fighting in a level 9 dungeon. I'm not sure if it's (reduced) frame rate related with the large number of enemies or simply the way I'm moving back and forth and firing in the narrow corridors but I was unexpectedly rolling across the floor from time to time.
Exactly, only that in melee its far more unhelpful than in ranged combat. I mean unintentional dodging, not dodging in general

Do you mean Npc dodge while fighting or mob dodge while fighting?
I mean yourself, the dodging of your own character is a bit too sensitive imo

The colony range will enlarge while upgrading.

MP story line is the same with SP story line, but allowing you playing with friends. PE 2 is to push the story line further.

I didnt mean MP Storyline, i mean Adventure mode.
Because then, it looks like you gonna pop out PE 2 and dont care about completing the missing stuff for the MP adventure mode anymore

While the tracks are all awesome, i only like playing with music in desert or cave areas. In all other parts the theme gets repetative due to the endless looping ingame.
Cave and desert are subtle and hide their theme inside the percussions and other woodwinds. Way more ambient and less music track that way :)

We figured it out! It's a desease special effect. We've fixed it for next build.

..but until then: DONT TOUCH IT! or poke it with a stick. And i wouldnt take a chance with the 5 second rule near that thing.

Ok, my report on the current build:
Multiplayer Survival
1. The Skillpoint Flow is good and feels right. Except for the tree cutting category. Its totally useless and should be handled by the mining skills also.
2. I find Melee Combat harder due to many unwanted uncontrollable dodges.
3. The diseseas work ok and their effect is noticable but not gamebreaking. Though even when reading what causes them, im not sure how to prevend them in the first place.
4. Rain still pours through roofs and caves.
5. No grappling gun.
6. Missing colony buildings, Incubator and Dwelling beds (kinda important :) )
7. Is Agricultur now completly gone from MP?
8. Big upset: You now have so many more colony buildings but the range from the power plants seemed to have shrunken down. This cramps everything into a very small space even with
   3 Power Plants. Your colony can hardly be build creativitly that way.
9. Either im blind or there is no Comfort bar AND NO OXYGEN BAR.
10. Sprinting and jumping has definitly improved. But i laughed so hard at the tree cutting animation. It now looks like... an old woman smashing her purse against a vendor machine that ate her last quarter :)
11. THANK YOU SO MUCH for killing this pesky "no friction while mining" problem.
12. Cutted down trees sometimes respawn but cant be chopped down again (axe indicator is there but the bar is empty)

The creation Editor:

1. The Rifle handle still has the underbarrel grip but the player grabs the rifle just like a normal rifle :) No need for new animation, just cut away the grip from the handle model.
2. You still need to be a rocket scientist to build a boat :)
3. Thank you for the New Armor Creation BUT: With the size of the Editor voxels you can hardly create any good looking armor.

Im not sure but i think he means the multikeys that changes when you press them with shift or alt gr like 2. if i press shift its " and with alt gr its ².
On the german qwertz board i f.e. have the umlauts öäü. On a qwerty board they would be ,.-

So normally all my keys react as they should shift T opens skill, shift F followers etc, its just that the shift 1234567890 wont work for some reason.
I tried to assign the hotbars to different keys, but i just wont work.

I just had the same problem today. The hotbar keymaps wont work and cannot be reassigned (Im having a qwertz (german) keyboard
